Our contributors are devoted to mindful movement and sustainable living — from fitness instructors and local food advocates to recipe creators and wellness enthusiasts. Together, we’re teaming up with passionate small business owners, outdoor lovers, and trainers to host events, retreats, and share resources that celebrate community and connection.

Having grown up in the PNW and surrounded by a family of restauranteurs, I’ve spent most of my life in a kitchen or being outside. I’m a certified yoga instructor and am passionate about fueling the body through movement and food. I can’t wait to share my passions with my community.

Briana Sandhu

Formerly focused on renewable energy and agricultural tech, she now helps others attune to their inner worlds through yoga and meditation. Off the mat, she’s passionate about regenerative farming, food equity, and building systems that let both people and the planet thrive.

Madeleine White

Mady is an avid runner, having completed multiple marathons and ultra marathons. She has a background in restaurants and sustainability and currently works in the wine industry. Here, she helps develop recipes for the website and events.
